nah these keys are being sold for pennies... maybe a few nickels.
they are abusing steams algorithms by applying very large discounts.
money laundering needs a cash business to turn dirty money into money you can bring to the bank, purely digital wouldn't really work because of how easy it is to trace.

they actually are used to launder to some extent, also there have been few cases where games are especially made for CV in Steamgifts

I just got message from Steam, that "A Steam Product code you activated has been removed from your account." it was about this game.
So I don't no longer have this game, so I had to change "received to "not received".
if you want to delete this giveaway, I allow it, because this is not your fault
