No one can answer in User Report category. You should return the gift to the giveaway creator then you must mark the giveaway as "not received". You could send him a trade offer or you could send the gift to his email address.
Hi Ronix, thanks for your reply. I marked the giveaway as "not received" and just sent the gift back to the creator.
