Should everyone be able to enter for apps with type "music"?
Shows up as type "music" here: https://store.steampowered.com/api/appdetails?appids=2389350

Not 100% sure, but I think no apps with type "music" require the base game, right?
(Of course there is also music offered as app type "DLC", in which case the base game is required.)
So if technically possible, could the requirement to own the base game be removed for the app type "music"?
On the other hand, maybe it's actually better the way it is now - owners of the base game receiving the music for the game.
Even though it means there are often few or no entries.
