Groupees Be Mine 14 - no key for Heileen 3?

well, it's not the first time I bought their bundles - and never had any problems, usually it's all there right away.
I was more puzzled than worried - and didn't want to unnecessarily bother CS if it's not "just a hiccup on my end".
Though that's probably one of the few sites (if not the only one) with exceptional customer service - I had to contact them 2 times (1 on behalf of my kid, and 1 not related to bundles) - both times they answered same day, and issues were resolved fast, efficient, and to my (as a customer) highest satisfaction. Good job guys!

Yeah I went to the chat immediately after I saw there was no download button. And yeah didn't even have to ask as everyone seemed to be having a problem.

not there yet - but now as I know that people get them - I can wait. If nothing pops 'till tomorrow - then it will be time for action.

p.s. Now - I wonder how soon Heileen 2 will be added to some bundle? Or is it already? I have 1st, and now will have 3rd - getting 2nd would be quite nice. XD

I have that problem all the time! So now I'm making a list of all games that don't have Steam keys yet - or bundles that should have bonus added - and check them from time to time. Since it's on Google doc with couple of other regularly used spreadsheets - it's catching my eye quite often.
