Where can I find someone to comission for a logo/intro/outro?

Hey, I have a logo design and would like to have a version of it made more perfect looking, and also in a way that each letter can have their colour changed by the fill bucket tool aka the letters not touch, I'd also possibly like the same person to make an intro as well that animates the logo coming together in some way. Is anyone here knowledgable of where I could find someone to do this/someone to do this/ able to do this themselves? Willing to pay via paypal
