How do I make a group for giveaways?

All groups here basically exist on steam.

First go to steam and create a group there.

Then click the arrow in the top right corner of steam gifts and click "sync with steam".

It should then be an option when you create giveaways.

When creating giveaway
6 . Who Can Enter
And last option, shows list, select all that apply.
