I'm not sure if there are any scripts that exist to find the info for you, but the simplest way would be to just scroll through your list of sent games until you see a winner's username that is colored red. Green names mean they received it and red is not received. It shows up on page 16 of your giveaways.
Edit: I don't currently have a "not received" on my account to check, but it might also show up on your "created giveaways" page here. There are green received checkmarks on the right side of the page, so maybe there will be a red "not received" for that game. It would be quicker and easier to look through that list if it shows there, but I don't have the ability to test it.

Thanks for the feedback. Now I'm wondering what happens with multi copy GAs. If you have some keys received and some not received, hopefully not received takes priority so you can find it.
I feel like it's not a big deal to have to scroll through 50 at a time because it should only take about 2 seconds per page and this isn't something anyone should have to do very often or at all. I can see if a key gets revoked long after you send it for some reason, but hopefully the winner would leave a comment letting you know that their key got revoked.

This should be a feature suggestion, it would be nice if those "categories" were clickable, using URL parameters with something like:
https://www.steamgifts.com/user/cg/giveaways/created/search?type=full-value
https://www.steamgifts.com/user/cg/giveaways/created/search?type=reduced-value
https://www.steamgifts.com/user/cg/giveaways/created/search?type=no-value
https://www.steamgifts.com/user/cg/giveaways/created/search?state=received
https://www.steamgifts.com/user/cg/giveaways/created/search?state=awaiting-feedback
https://www.steamgifts.com/user/cg/giveaways/created/search?state=not-received
which could also be combined along with existing pagination: /search?type=xxx&state=yyy&page=2
Same thing for the "won" giveaways page.

I just meant filing it under the section "Bugs / Suggestions": https://www.steamgifts.com/discussions/bugs-suggestions
Obviously it's up to the site admins if they would add such a feature.
