If you mean through paypal, it's not worth it. Brazilian paypal doesn't accept gift and it charges a ridiculous fee (taking away all the savings). I once saw a brazilian trader on steamtrades who claimed he had an american paypal account and could avoid the brazilian paypal restriction. Never saw him again. Maybe this can work, but I don't know for sure.
