No, adam got it.
Don't think I have actually seen anyone sitting on the ground in Atom RPG.
Shall have to check as you got me thinking about it now.

Tunguska: The Visitation.
I have it installed and while haven't started playing it, it pushed an update every 3-4 days, it's a wonder I didn't remember it immediately.
edit: first screenshot of the store, just to keep the ball rolling ^^

Wow, that was a total punt.
My initial thought was mankind divided , but all the windows in old Prague seemed to be divided into more glass segments.

If the joke is that it is EVE Online, he can take the next turn if he wants it.

My take is that you either try to guess randomly, which is fair, or you actually play/experience the thing firsthand, so that you have actual legitimate knowledge stored into your memory about it, before providing an answer. Everything else that's not a "wild guess" or a direct answer based on sheer accumulated personal experience and knowledge, is real cheating. "Reverse image-searching", "searching by image", "making queries in searching engines", "asking others to find it for you", all of it is NOT the fair way of doing it. It's lame, shameful, weak, flaccid, boring, and stupid. I, for one, never ever cheat with things such as these, because I'm a truly sophisticated gamer that has enough self-respect and dignity as to not resort to any of that, so if I haven't played some game and I don't recognize it - I'd rather abstain from answering on it altogether, than to cheat on it. And it's not just games, it's also movies/TV shows, onemoo/mango, music, books, etc., pretty much every aspect of life. I just don't cheat on it. If you can't provide an answer or a fairly-enough guesstimate based on your accumulated previous experiences and knowledge (even if you didn't play the specific game directly, you can still always tap into your memory and previous experiences by making a guesstimate based off of similarly looking details/features and etc., the "referential internal comparing"), then better not pry into trying to "answer" at all. Simple as.

It's kind hilarious/ sadly on point if you read it in Sterling's old Commentocracy's style

Impressive guess, didn't think it would go until I posted something more identifiable.

I've given this game away before.
I somehow missed that it is single player and not PvP.
Surprised it hasn't been given away by Epic, it's been bundled plenty of times.

I'm fairly certain this is the OG Mafia game, the one from early 2000s, not the definitive remastered one. I only played the remastered one but I looked a comparison articles about it and that character was in one of the images, the funny looking hand kinda of stuck in the old memory banks :P
Oh and if it is I pass ... but would like you to try again ... less then 30 mins to solve doesn't give you a proper go lol

Nice catch! I didn't get to reply "It is indeed Cloud... but not Final Fantasy!!!"... I often try to set up traps like this one... but it rarely works :<

It's like a shit version of catchphrase.
The car stuff is a bit misleading, from what I saw on youtube I think it is just a bonus game.

Some of the sayings, or way they represent them are really questionable.
I had one "It's not nice to fool mother nature". Is that an actual saying?

What is a boogaloo?
The Electric Boogaloo is a dance style that became meme-ified to denote crazy sequels, as popularized by the 1984 film Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. While we are not break dance battling here, it is kind of like a screenshot battle and hence, the "screenshot boogaloo".
