need help with cs:go game won't work

Have you tried to update/re-install your GPU drivers?
Were there any errors during install?

Reinstall Visual C++ redistributables.

As talgaby says, a reinstall may be needed. A repair may work, and may be a bit easier/quicker. Here's how to try that:

Go into Add or Remove Programs (in Windows 10, go to Settings, then type Add or Remove Programs), then in the filter at the top enter "Visual C++ 2015" - this should show two packages installed. Select the x86 package (Source is 32-bit), click on Modify, then choose the Repair option.

If that doesn't work, you can reinstall. To do so you may need to download "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015" from Microsoft:
