My Black Flag is missing too, should be fixed before too long

It's also gone from the activated games list, not just the library.

Figure give it till tomorrow, then write customer service, still have it activated in steam as proof.

so today they give out AC3 which I already had and my black flag is missing too (from uplay but its still in steam)! WTF who at ubisoft do I need to kill?

Me (12/7/2016, 5:52:50 AM): Hi Jesse, the last agent asked me to delete certain files from my uplay folder and re-launch Steam as administrator mode, which I did but didn't solve the probelm. Then the agent didn't respond to me anymore so I have to reconnect to get a new agent.

Me (12/7/2016, 5:56:29 AM): yes, it's apparently a global issue because other people are reporting the same problem, though I have seen some people saying black flag is gone even they haven't redeemed Ubi 30 game.

I've never launched mine on steam, so no idea if it's missing from UPlay or yet to be added... Come to think of it, I own 4 Assassin's Creed games, and have never played any of them. I really need to play more of the games I buy.

Gone from me too. The retail-only trolls will go "look! Proof that digital is evil!" When its just a bug that will be fixed soon, and the equivalent would be you missing the CDs temporarily.

That's not the only game that's missing from my Uplay library. R.U.S.E. is gone as well, though I don't know exactly when it disappeared.

it is just uplay being uplay... nothing new.

I contacted ubisoft on fb (because I couldn't login to their site to contact customer support about this) and they replied back after 30min they are aware of the black flag issue and they are working on it.

On this day, any pirates themed game will disappear. The pirates are taking over. .. Uh.. look, I still have like 7 games about pirates in my steam library. Well, at least I tried.

It's back, for me at least.

They just activated the Ghost Recon Wildlands Beta signups around the time you posted this (within the same hour), to which I was trying to sign up for, but couldn't because the servers are completely overloaded. Seems a bit too convenient to be mere coincidence.

Still can't sign up for it now. It keeps giving a login error, then has the gall to tell me I tried too many times after a while. (And yes, I can login on the official uplay site, just not on the Beta Signup site, so it's borked).

Uplay was acting up for me. Kept getting Login errors and now says I'm temporarily blocked because I failed to log in too many times...
